admin login does not show my store shoptoloveit.com

when I go to myshopify.com/admin it brings me to a page to create a store. I cannot get any access since my store name is not listed. I am trying to cancel my account since we do no use it any longer.

Hi, @djvaleri. Do you mind if I ask why you no longer use your store? If you're having any issues with Shopify, or if you have any questions, I'd be happy to help!

It looks like you may be going to the incorrect website to log in. To log in you'll want to follow the steps shared below. You can also find the steps to log in explained here.

Logging in to Shopify:

1. Go to the Shopify login page.
2. Enter your email address that's associated to your Shopify account or use one of the login services to log in.
3. Enter your password, and then click Log in.
4. If you have two-step authentication activated on your Shopify account, then enter the authentication code using your authentication method, and then click Log in.
5. If you have multiple Shopify stores associated to your Shopify account, then select the store that you want to access.

Once you're logged into your Shopify admin you can close your store by following the steps listed on this page.

When I click on the shopify login page it brings me to a page that says
create a store. My store is shoptoloveit.com It will not allow me to login
as admin so I can cancel. We do not use the store hence the reason to
cancel. I have not been able to email, chat, call anyone so I have
instructed the credit card company to stop all payments moving forward. If
you know of a way for me to login to my admin account please let me know.

Hi, @djvaleri. Would you be able to share screenshots of what happens when you follow the steps I shared? I just want to make sure I'm fully understanding what you see on your end.

The way to log into your account is to follow the steps I shared in my previous response. The link I shared will bring you to the page where you can log in. You'll be asked for your email address and password to begin, and any stores associated with that email address will appear once you continue through the steps. If the store you're trying to log in to is not appearing in your list of stores after you enter your email address, it's likely you've used a different email address for your account. This page can help you double check this. If you enter your email addresses in to this page, you'll receive an email at that address listing any stores associated with it. I recommend trying all of your email addresses to maximize your chances of finding the correct one.

If you're still unable to log into your account after trying that, you will want to speak with our support team. We can't see your account information here over the Shopify Community, but if you speak with us through this page we'll be able to review this with you in more detail. If you can't log in to your account on this page you can select the 'Can't log in to your Shopify account' > 'I still can't access my account' buttons to continue to the available support options.

Erin, can you assist me to login to my admin. When I do it displays a page to create a store. I already have a store shoptoloveit.com. I cannot cancel unless I can loggin as admin.
