After copying products on Shopify they don't appear on Printful

Hi all, 

How can it be done that products which I copied on Shopify get pushed to Printful?

The copied products on Shopify are marked as aktive. And I tried already the "refresh data" on the printful store. It didn't help. 

I also tried to find the answer but couldn't find. Maybe I used wrong search terms.

I am having this same problem. I've duplicated an item from Printful in Shopify, but when I refresh my Printful feed, the product won't show up. Any help?
