Hi,
After switching to a new theme, I noticed that data is no longer being sent to Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel. I have confirmed that both are properly connected via the Google Analytics & YouTube App and Facebook Pixel App in Shopify settings. However, the new theme doesn't seem to transmit data to Analytics or Pixel.
Shopify's internal tests show that the tags are correctly installed and report an "OK" status, and the Google Tag Assistant Debugger also detects the tags and events correctly. Despite this, no data appears in Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel.
Could you please assist in troubleshooting this issue and help identify why the new theme is not transmitting data to these services
