Align Header and Clickable "View All" Link in Rich Text Section

I’m using a rich text section and want to align the header text completely to the left corner while placing "View All" on the same line, aligned to the far right. Additionally, I’d like "View All" to be a clickable link that redirects to the appropriate collection. Could someone help me create the CSS and HTML code for this?
