All my products are in my inventory yet nothing is appearing in my shopify page?

Thanks for sharing these screenshots. There are a few things we'll need to double check here:
Product availability
Products can be added or removed from sales channels like the Online Store either individually or in bulk. You can find the step-by-step instructions on how to include and exclude products from your sales channels here.
Collections
Collections help you organize your products into categories like the ones you have in your main menu (t-shirts, gift vouchers, etc.). Under Products > Collections you can create manual collections, which allow you to manually organize products in the admin, or automated collections, which will pull in products automatically based on set conditions. Once you have created your collections, you can open your theme editor under Online Store > Themes > Customize to determine which collection(s) appear on your home page.
Theme editor
Within your theme editor (under Online Store > Themes > Customize), find and select your Featured collection section. Settings for the featured collection will appear, including a Select collection button.
