All new products show sold out. Starter plan Spotlight theme

By default all my new products show 'Sold out' when you click on them, so no one is going to buy anything from my store. Customers will just think everything is out of stock and leave.

I tried:

• uninstalling reinstalling Printify app,
• troubleshooting w Prinitfy, they confirmed it is on Shopify's end.
• manually adding 'bulk edit' variations to track inventory and have a quantity. ( not a valid solution because this cannot be done for each individual product without wasting thousands of hours of time. and does not work anyway. )
