Hello!
Currently Shopify only shows up to five saved addresses in the checkout and so our customers that have 10 or so addresses that don't see an address in the dropdown but it is in the backend, end up manually entering the address again which creates a duplicate address. I'm wondering if there's a way to show all of their saved addresses or even cap it at 15 to prevent them from creating so many duplicates. When I reached out to Shopify they stated they only show the previous five shipped to addresses in the dropdown for a quicker load time.

Hey there, @lyasick. Thanks so much for taking the time to write into the Shopify Community regarding your address question!
First, the person you spoke to previously was correct. At this time, there isn't a way to increase the amount of addresses shown in the checkout. A few years ago, we did show more addresses, but this was a change that was made back in 2019 to help with loading the checkout/presenting a cleaner checkout experience.
However, we do know that sometimes, these changes are good, but they could be better and improved. I'm happy to pass your feedback and suggestions you provided here to our Product Team for their consideration. I can't promise what the result of sharing this feedback may be, but you can trust the the team is aware of your post here, and the ideas that you've shared. I know this isn't a solution, but I'm hopeful that this helps you remain optimistic that improvements may be coming down the pipeline for these saved addresses for customers.

Just insane that this would be a feature thats removed without a workaround.

We also have customers wishing to see more than 5 addresses. Big clients with many shipping destinations. It seems quite ridiculous that there are only 5 displaying when there are over 25 in the back end. How about a display more addresses button like in the back end? When will a solution be coming?

Thank you for providing the feedback you have here around the amount of addresses being shown in the checkout. I like this suggestion of a toggle button folks could use to show more addresses. I've gone ahead and shared your suggestion with our developers so they can consider it for the future.
At this time, we have no timeline we can provide around when a solution may come down the pipeline from our Devs. However, collecting and providing feedback typically speeds up the process, so I've gone ahead and made sure the developers were not just aware of your specific feedback, but this thread as a whole.
I can't promise when a change may come, but you can rest assured that the appropriate folks are aware of the desire for some additional functionality around this limitation.

Hi, we would be keen on having up to 25 addresses for a customer. We do have customer organizations that have several service delivery locations that need our product delivered. Please escalate with your team as this would be very helpful in particular for a displaying a feature that already exists.

Hi, we also customized the saved addresses dropdown to show more data and it worked, however, since checkout.liquid file is going to be replaced by new checkout UI extension, I am now looking for an alternation, anyone has already found solution?
