(already) Paid theme not publishing

Hi there!

 

Hope you can help me with this. Because Customer Service from Shopify is not capable of it.

I installed the trial version from Avenue theme. I tested it, decided it will be the chosen one and paid for it.

 

You can see my invoice attached (part of). But my surprise is that still I cannot publish my theme.

I am still seeing the "Buy" option in the Theme, but not the "Publish" button. Also attached the srceen.

 

Before you mention it:

  • I tried pressing again the "Buy" button. Not working.
  • I tried deleting cache. Not working.
  • I tried in another computer. Not working.
  • I tried another browser. Not working.

They have kidnapped my theme. And, worst of everything, they say "we are looking" it FOR A WEEK, no solution though.

 

Hope someone can help me before I cancel my Shopify account.

Great solution... Unfortunately, they don't think the same. I already asked them for that. They didn't do it, at least by the moment...

 

Shopify Support contacted Avenue support, but they kindly refused to help, as long as it is an issue from Shopify.
