Am I using the updated version of my compatible theme?

My theme is a Shopify 2 compatible theme but was installed before Shopify was available. So how do I tell if I'm still using Shopify or Shopify 2?

And if I'm not, how do  I get it to use Shopify 2?

Help use to offer guru chat but it doesn't seem to be available these days.

Follow these steps!

• Log in to your Shopify store admin.
• In Online Store > Themes > click Actions > Edit code.
• In Templates folder of your theme, find product.json file, it exists which means your theme is a Shopify 2.0 OS theme.

While I trust what Mooed has replied to me, I cannot believe this is the only way to check if you are using Shopify 2 or not!
