American Express small business program issues

Hi,

Has anyone else had any issues being recognized by American Express and their shop small/small business programs?  I have talked with both American Express and Shopify extensively and neither can seem to figure out what the other needs in order to have my shop added to their small business map.  Our shop takes Amex as payment so I am very confused.  Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, did anyone ever manage to help you with this topic? I am currently having the same issue and have spoken with them both but haven't got anywhere.
