which resources will replace analytic RestApi reports and ShopifyQL queries for PLUS and Enterprise customers?

Resources will be deprecated in 2024-04/2024-07 versions:

For PLUS and Enterprise customers, Shopify is moving towards using more advanced analytics tools. Instead of the deprecated REST API reports and ShopifyQL queries, Shopify encourages using the new Analytics API and the updated versions of their GraphQL API.
