Anchor link within product description to different section in page

Hi! I am not very comfortable with editing the Shopify site code, so I am looking for a solution:

when the customer reads the product description, a recipe is referenced (which is found at the bottom of the same page). I would like to anchor the recipe so that people can click on the recipe (i.e. "energy balls") and the site scrolls down to the recipe.

Any help would be appreciated and thank you so much in advance!!

You can add select text, click Insert link, and add anchor link in your product description

Hey Dan! Thank you this is really helpful. Once I have established the anchor ID, how do I reference the said section in the page? As in, I have established the ID, but how do I make sure the page section I want to reference also has the same ID?
