Any way to get the Shopify Image tools working?

cant get either of these tools to work: https://www.shopify.com/tools/image-resizer or https://www.shopify.com/tools/image-resizer/jpeg the image resizer only works with a single photo (not 6 like it says) and the jpeg tools upload button does nothing, and you cant drag and drop.
