App Development : Add Button in Cart Drawer

Hello
I want to add an button in cart drawer ( the side cart)
It's look like it's impossible with theme app extensions.

As it's a new app : If I use script tag will my app will be accepted when I list it on the store?

I don't know which way is the best to achieve it ?
