App package iframe integration- webcall initiating error (Violation Errors)

Hii, In my cli app package index page i am trying to use one iframe  ->

src="https://example.com/"

allow="microphone"

frameBorder="0"

height="1000px"

width="100%"

></iframe>                                                                                                                                                                                                   in this microphone allow option i am facing issues like this ->  [Violation] Permissions policy violation: microphone is not allowed in this document.                                                                                                                              Due to this error i can't able to initiate the webcall .                                                                                                         Can anyone please explain why this error was happen and how to rectify this
