Hello,
I've been trying to get support on Applepay however everytime I connect with an agent I do not get a response? I have tried several browsers and the same thing happens. I have follow all troubleshoot steps and still ApplePay will not work. I believe it is because of SSL We created a DNS record that points our site to our .myshopify.com there are no errors messages about SSL and we do not use DNSSEC

If you’ve followed all troubleshooting steps and still can’t get Apple Pay working, the issue might be related to how your DNS is configured, even if there are no SSL errors. Since you’ve pointed your domain to your .myshopify.com URL, ensure the CNAME record is correctly set up with Shopify’s nameservers (e.g., shops.myshopify.com) and that your SSL certificate is fully propagated—sometimes this can take up to 48 hours. Try testing your site with Shopify’s SSL checker (under Settings > Domains) to confirm everything is green, and if it is, the problem could be with Apple Pay’s verification process needing a manual review. Keep reaching out to Shopify Support via a new ticket with detailed logs (e.g., browser console errors), and consider mentioning you’ve escalated this multiple times
