Archived Sales from prior year

The first half of our 2020 Sales have zeroed out.  My thoughts are that the archiving is set to retain only 18 months of sales but we require this to be at lest 24 to 36 months.  Any help with getting to the settings to make this adjustment would be very appreciated.  Thank you in advance.
