Are collection tags causing issues with new product visibility?

Is there a bug in the collection tags / adding new products?

We can´t seem to find the newly added products by searching them, or navigating to new collections in the main menu settings (shopify "can´t find" the new collection even though the tags are correct). Seems like the connection between tags are defect? We have logged in and out, deleting products and re-added them, but it´s still not working. Frustrating.
