It looks like you noticed a drastic decrease in online store sessions. Are you able to confirm whether order volume and other traffic methods were affected?
This will help potentially narrow down the issue as there are likely many factors involved. A more common cause is due to Third party theme code modifications. Before we proceed with troubleshooting, are you able to confirm that there were no app or theme changes made at the time of the traffic drop?

I understand that you haven't made any changes to your theme aside from updating it. Are you able to confirm if you made any changes to your marketing campaigns or to your store in general? Like changing your domain, removing your products, etc. The more information we have, the better. You can share this thread with an advisor via the Help Center and they should be able to escalate your matter as well.

Yes, Even we are facing the same issue now. 80% Decrease in sessions.

Thanks for reaching out and bringing this to our attention.
If your Shopify analytics are not accurately displayed on your admin dashboard, I would suggest clearing the cache from your browser to see if that does the trick. If the issues persists, you can attempt this action on a separate browser. For example, if you are using Safari - try this on Google Chrome.
In the case that the analytics are still not accurately displaying, you will need to get in touch with our live support by navigating to the Help Center. Once you arrive on the Help Center, you will need to let the virtual assistant be aware that you would like to Speak with support and you will be connected accordingly.
