Background color change code error

Hi there!

I need help with my background color. In the theme settings of my Shopify shop I made the following settings:

Akzent 1: Black (#000000)

Akzent 2: Purple 

Background 1: White (#FFFFFF)

Background 2: Pink (#F5ECF2)

My header where the menu is has the background 1 (#FFFFFF) per settings. However, it still shows up as transparent when you scroll.

➔ I think I changed some code somewhere where the background 1 settings are overwritten to be transparent... Do you know where I can find this piece of code and change it? Please note: I do NOT want some new piece of code to attach somewhere! I want to fix the existing situation.
