Banner Image Link Code Making Navigation Not Work (Ride Theme)

I recently updated the code for my site so that I had a link in my header image, and the base.css was updated to have the link be full.

In turn, when people use header navigation over the banner image, any clicks take them to the banner image link and not the navigation link. 

How do I fix this??
