best way to export blog posts from wordpress to shopify

I am so close to being able to publish my shopify website. But I need to upload my blog posts from wordpress to shopify.

Can anyone advise how I can do this in bulk for free or for a low one off cost please? I am finding it hard to get an app to do what I need.

I also need to upload my customer data and order history so if there is an app that does all three that would be a bonus. Thanks
