Billing Issue no customer service?

I’m being charged twice a month and I am unable to speak to someone about the issue. I have two different Shopify bills from two different accounts for one Shopify website.

With regards to any billing issues, we always refer you to our live support team. Here is a direct link for you to reach them. Once they verify your credentials, they can open up back end information and look deeper into your billing inquiry and provide a resolution moving forward.
