Hi @amberjohill ,

We appreciate your inquiry in the Shopify Community. MooseDesk is here to assist you as a leading Live Chat, FAQ & Helpdesk App, tailored for enhancing your customer support.

I apologize for the frustration you're experiencing with your banner images. It's crucial to have high-quality visuals, especially when you're about to launch your business. To better assist you, could you please provide the following information:

  1. The URL of your online store where the banner is displaying poorly.
  2. If your store is password-protected, please share the password so we can access it.

Once we have this information, we'll be able to take a closer look at the banner and provide more specific advice. In the meantime, here are a few general tips that might help:

  1. Ensure your banner images are saved at the highest quality in Canva before exporting.
  2. Try uploading the images in different file formats (e.g., PNG, JPEG) to see if one works better than the other.
  3. Check the theme's recommended image dimensions for banners and resize your images accordingly.

We're here to help you get your store looking perfect for your launch. Looking forward to your response with the requested information.
