An issue came after buying a theme. The transfer was completed and 150 usd cost is seen in recent bills. However, the theme still seems to be in trial. Tried refreshing many times, logged out and back in - no help. So what to do?

I appreciate the context that you have shared, did you make this theme purchase from Shopify's Theme Store? Or, did you make the purchase to the theme on another site? In any case, it would be best to have an Advisor take a closer look into the billing of the store as they would be in a better position to assist you.
