Brand New Store - Got message in Google Search Console that there is a security issue

This is the message I got in GSC. My Mom also said she got a security message when she went to the website. That is the second screenshot. I have no idea what is wrong or how to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just had this exact same thing happen with my new website! Did you ever figure out a fix? I'm so confused by all of this.
