Hello 🙂
My sister and I have worked so hard on my website recently customizing as much as possible and I'm feeling super proud to launch my little business website soon. However...when initially asking my friends and family to check it out, a few people are unable to access it at all - the page is telling them that my website is unsafe, I might be a hacker and that the website is blocked, The other half don't have this issue at all? is there something I've done wrong on my end to make this happen when people are trying to access the web page? or is this with their phone settings and security that they need to fix? Can I do something to make it safe? add a certificate or have I missed something in the set up?
Thanks so much for any help x Abby
Hey Abby, are they on Telstra by any chance?
If this is the case, it's most probably not something you've done wrong but rather Telstra using blunt tools here.
This is a known issue and you should check https://community.shopify.com/c/shopify-discussions/this-website-has-been-blocked-telstra-australia/... for the steps to rectify it.
