Hi all,
Is there currently an issue with receiving email notifications / confirmations to btconnect.com emails?
We have a development site set up for a client through our Partners dashboard, still currently on the .myshopify.com domain, but when we're placing test orders they don't receive the email confirmations sent to a btconnect.com email address. Standard domain.com emails appear to work fine.

I am having a similar issue with BT Internet email addresses.

Hi Lucy - My colleague managed to fix the issue in the end.
Looking back over previous messages with my colleague, the issue for us was our TXT records with our DNS hosting provider for emails.
