Bulk delete products with 301 redirects to similar products or collections

Hi,

We are in a process of reducing our product offering to focus more on our bestselling product categories.

We are planning to remove around 2000 products in total. The links associated with these products still have significant value in terms of SEO and traffic.

My question is; is there a way to bulk delete 2000 products and make 301 redirects in the same procedure?

Some products should be redirected to other similar products, but most should be redirected to collections or to our homepage.

I'm looking for a way to do this in a single operation, like a spreadsheet with all the 2000 products listed including their current URL, and a column where I add the new URL. Then import it so all the products get deleted and a 301 redirect is created to the new URLs for each product.
