Bundle / Save price not showing at checkout

I'm selling a product were the customer has the chose of purchasing 1-4 of the same product but they are able to get a discount if they do so. One of my customers has been trying to order 3 times but he noticed that the prices are not showing up at the bundle and save price at checkout. Its showing up regular price when he is trying to buy 4 at checkout. What step do I have to do to fix it so the checkout can show the bundle and save price?"
