Good Afternoon
We have had a system in place to be able to take pictures for the website quickly and easily. This has recently changed and wondered if anybody had any ideas or solutions.
Our workflow would be like this...
Set up product on back office.
Use Iphone and shopify app
search the product and click camera
by default it was square 1080 x 1081
magnify x 1
use grid lines to line product up
take picture and save
but recently its all changed.
Set up product on back office.
Use Iphone and shopify app
search the product and click camera
now its rectangular
magnify x 1
no grid lines to line product up
the picture is massive and oversized.
Save to product
Now we have to use a lap top to crop square and then resize.
Which when we have hundreds of photos to take will take too long.
I did see a reply to this but it seems to have vanished but I appreciate your time in answering.
