Can anyone help fix the slider error on my contact page button?

I have created a contact page with script and two columns.  The button that I have to "submit" the contact form seems to have a bit of an error

As you can see the button has a slider on it, I would just like to have the button appear without - do I have something wrong in the code for this button?

Was able to adjust the padding properly and now it seems to work fine
