Can anyone help with Alibaba dropshipping error message?

Hello , can someone please assist me. I am trying to add products to my store from alibaba but i get an error message that store is connected to another account with Alibaba. I have checked all my 2 accounts and i cant see its connected. Is there a way to check where its connected to? i mean which Alibaba account.
