Hello, how can i get a reliable link to shopify chat. I get into chat randomly, but for the most part i become looped back to articles. Is there a direct link that I can get to without all the looping and time? Does shopify purposely block those who use the chat, preventing us from further contact?

You can access the live chat support option by visiting our support page here. Once you select your topic of concern, you are presented with relevant help articles to give you the most immediate solution to the potential issue you're encountering. While we do this, we also give you the option to reach out to our support team as we understand some concerns cannot be addressed by help docs. You should find the option to start a live chat below the help articles that are presented to you.
