I want to add Twitter's pixel code to my website, but I'm getting an error when I enter the code on the custom pixel page, and I'd like to know how to fix it!

Hey, @nonnico.

Thank you for reaching out and posting this question.

If you're experiencing an issue with adding the Twitter pixel to Shopify, then we'd recommend following our guide on adding a custom pixel to your store. However, since the Twitter pixel code comes from a third-party service, then you may need to use something like Twitter Pixel Helper if the issue is related to the coding of the pixel. If you require further assistance, then we may also encourage hiring a developer to assist you with this task. Should you need help with finding a developer, then we'd recommend taking a look at our directory of certified developers on Shopify Experts

That being said, I'd be happy to take a closer look and point you in the right direction. Can you share more details about the error? Was there a specific error message?

How are you?
Thank you for your reply.

I was using the Twitter pixel put into shopify's customer event custom pixel there.
Path to get the pixel: Twitter Ads - Tools - Event Manager - Twitter Pixel

But currently the shopify custom pixel is reporting a code error as shown in the image below, but I copied it directly and there is no copy error, so either I'm getting the pixel from the wrong path or the Twitter pixel doesn't work with the shopify custom pixel, but I'm not sure which one is the problem at the moment!

},s.version='1.1',s.queue=[],u=t.createElement(n),u.async=!0,u.src='https://static.ads-twitter.com/uwt.js',
a=t.getElementsByTagName(n)[0],a.parentNode.insertBefore(u,a))}(window,document,'script');
twq('config','og3uv');

Hey, @nonnico.

Thank you for following up.

I can see the Twitter pixel code. However, I'm still unable to see the type of error you're running into when you tried adding the pixel code. It's important to note that we can only support whether the pixel is integrated correctly and whether the data being sent is correct. If there's an issue with the custom code, then you may need to reach out to Twitter for further support.

Can you clarify the error message when you tried adding the Twitter pixel code?
