Can featured products change per recipe?

Good day! I just want to ask if it is possible for the featured products to changed also per recipe? As you can see it always still the same even you click other recipe. Hope you can help me. Thank you!

From the box hardly.

An App with Theme app extension (https://shopify.dev/apps/online-store/theme-app-extensions) might be suitable for this task. For each recipe, you can add ingredients and show them instead of featured products. This is not easy to create App with Extension but this will work.
