Can I add colors to checkout page areas in my online store?

Hi all 

I need to add colours to the marked areas in the check out page of my shopify store. is that possible?

The way it is now its very difficult to discover the different payment options

Hi,,,, I added a screen cap where I show what I mean.. Its the highlighted area that would be nice to have in some different shades of a colour.. Makes it alot easier to show that there are other payment options to choose from...
