Can I change the domain for products in markets?

We are based in Latvia, have two markets ( Latvia and International), each of the market has separate domain, we are having several issues, but the one that is the most urgent right now is - no matter if the product is assigned to appear in one or other market, the URL first part (domain) stays the same for every product, collection and page. 
We wanted to send out a newsletter (using Seguno app) for International market, put in the products from International market. When we sent out a test mail, the product links for International market products leads to Latvia market storefront. 

Has anyone else had this problem?

I mean the URL part that is circled in the screenshot. Maybe I'm not using the right words.

Thanks for providing all of that context, and that screenshot! To me, it sounds like the app that you're using to send this international marketing email is unable to pull the URL for the international market as expected. Since this issue is happening within a third party application, it would be wise to connect with the app developer, and outline this situation for them, so they can see if there is something preventing their application from pulling the desired URL.
