My son has an account that I would like to continue with since his passing away. It will need new bank information and whatever other necessary. Is it possible for someone to help me out with all of this or point me in the right direction, please, it's very important to me

For an account owner change and bank account information change such as this, you will need to get in touch with our live support so that they can escalate you to our accounts and payments teams. You will be in great hands with them, and they should be able to help you make the changes needed. You can access our support portal here, you can either log in with the details if you have them or choose, 'I don't have an account'.
