Hello there,
I wanted to know if there was a way to digitally collect customer's signatures upon purchase. I am selling digital coaching services which I would like to have customer's sign a waiver, before having the program send to their email. This will save me from many possible liabilities. Is this possible?
Thanks!
Hi @gotgainsfit
Getting signed copy is not digital idea, but you use case is valid therefore below are the ways you can achieve it.
1. E-mail
On successful every successful order user will receive a mail to confirm their order or subscription with accept and decline CTA.
Once user click on CTA links will be expired.
Your order will be marked with accepted tag in admin.
2. Digital copy of sign
Process will be same as mentioned in email with an extra step where we will redirect the user to website where they have to sign option using the mouse or touchpad with submit button.
Once user submitted the page screenshot will be captured and saved image path will be updated in order's metafield for validation.
