Can I duplicate my store for another country without creating a new account?

There is an idea to create a copy of the store to target another country. The range is the same, but the prices will differ. The design and everything else will be the same as on the main site.

How can I transfer everything to a new site? Does it have to be a new account? Will the entire collection need to be migrated to the new site? Will product images need to be reloaded? Will all application subscriptions need to be paid from two stores?
