Can I get a refund for unused add ons after cancelling my account?

To whoever this may reach, I have subscribed to a lot of add ons to get my shopify store up and running. And after trying it for a month after paying for this I realised it is not for me and can not be done unfortunately. Forgetting to cancel my subscriptions I have been billed £41.36 which I can not afford and has seriously put me in a tough situation. I would be ever so grateful to get a refund and happily cancel my shopify account as this is something I can not continue. I really do hope you can help me and I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

It's important to note that Shopify generally does not provide refunds, and if any of the billing fees were related to app subscriptions then the app developers will need to review and approve a refund request themselves. Our authenticated support team can assist you with all of that though.
