Can I obtain shopifyPaymentsAccountId by altering app settings?

I would like to get the shopifyPaymentsAccountId for payment. Can I get it by changing app to the sales channel in the app settings and requesting payment processing?

In addition to the above process, do I need to submit app to review team?
