Can I resend a return label after a full refund?

Looking for help....if you refund a customer in full and did not send a return label is there a way to resend a return label after??

Thank you for connecting with our network and sharing your question. 

 

While you can refund orders without creating a return, you cannot create a return after a refund has been issued. For your convenience and to prevent any mistakes, you will notice the following banner appear during a refund:

This is by design to account for the workflow of returns for businesses that require items be returned in order to issue refunds.  

 

Alternatively, you may consider purchasing a return shipping label separately and then adding a comment to the order's timeline for your own records.

I believe this is doable using one of the returns apps, called @ReturnPrimeThey can help you with getting this done as a few of our merchants are using this app and their life is easy.
