Can I restrict access to specific sales data on the backend?

We're about to work on a collaborative project with another brand and we'd like to give them access to our sales data, but only relative to our specific collaborative products. 

I appreciate there are various levels of access to the back end of shopify but can't find any reference to something that'd work this way. 

Just for good order we only want to share information with our collaborative partner that relates to them, and not -say- customer, product or order data from 3 years ago.

Is this possible?
