We actually have some legal documents that you can reference for what you can and cannot sell on Shopify, and I will link them below for you to check out. There is a prohibited items list that outlines all of the specific prohibited products, so I would recommend making sure you would be complying with this list.

Also as with all products that might be considered prohibited, I would strongly advise you to seek professional legal counsel, and to also research any local laws and regulations regarding that industry, to ensure you are fully legally compliant.

I was considering using Shopify for my business before I saw this. now that I know this I would not recommend people use Shopify. How anti-2a / American. like you do realize every item on your restricted items list is fully legal to buy and own but you've set some sort of arbitrary rules. How unfortunate.
