Can I Set an Alias Domain in Shopify to Point to a Specific Language Version?

Hi Shopify Community,

Quick question regarding domain setup for a multilingual store:

Is it possible in Shopify to set up an alias domain that points directly to a specific language version of the site, without physically redirecting to the primary domain? For example, can I have elbilgrossisten.se display the content from elbilgrossisten.no/se while maintaining elbilgrossisten.se in the URL bar?

I appreciate any insights or experiences you might have on this!

Hi @KnutA Yes you can do it.

Please follow the steps.

1. Login in shopify admin.
2. Click on the settings
3. Then click on the Markets.
4. Select the market place where you want to add the domain.
5. Click on the languages and domain.
6. Then click on manage domain.
7. You will see the options to add the separate domain.

Now you can add the domain of your choice.
