Can I use SCSS for Dawn theme development?

Are there SCSS build files for Dawn? I assume those developing the theme are working with SCSS, and then compiling to the CSS that is on GitHub. 

I know Shopify doesn't natively support SCSS anymore, but I find working with SCSS infinitely easier from an organizational perspective (BEM, media queries, etc). I've already converted a few stylesheets that I wanted to customize, but it was a bit of a slog.

I would also love to have these build files. Each project I start, I use Dawn as my base, then build on top. The process of breaking apart the base.css file is long an tedious. Other separate files are easier, but still time consuming.
