Hey @DBjohn,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some guidance on customizing order notifications. Currently, various notifications provide the option to be customized to better fit the shop. A few examples include order confirmations, abandoned checkouts, and order invoices but can refer to our Notification Variables Reference documentation for the entire list.
To customize, I recommend looking to our Editing Templates documentation as it touches on how edits can be made to current notifications. It outlines changes can be made by:
Click the name of the notification that you want to change.
Edit the Email subject field and the body of the email message.
Click Save.
As this will require require coding knowledge, you can always reach out to our Shopify Experts for assistance on this as well!
Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi @DBjohn,
In order to to fulfill orders by vendor you need to create separate fulfillment service for each vendor in that case you will see that customers orders items are splitted by vendor (since each fulfillment service behaves as separate location). This flow would allow you to fulfill each vendor items separately and order confirmation to your customers would include only items of that vendor.
I am actually a developer of shopify app called Feeds Bridge my main focus is multi vendors stores management processes, it actually creates these fulfillment services for vendors items onboarded by the app. Feeds Bridge also covers multi vendors catalog onboarding, data validation, enrichment, pricing management and orders fulfillment. You can also grant access to your vendors so they can see and fulfill their items by themselves. If you are interested in using my app you can try it for free (free plan allows you to onboard up to 500 skus).
@DBjohn Well, in that case I would suggest you to do it like this:
Hope this will help
