Can shopify payment be linked to payoneer to withdraw money? Location Pakistan

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with third-party payment providers, to ensure this gets resolved. To confirm I'm fully understanding, are you looking for a way to accept credit cards within your online shop?

If so, Shopify has integrated with over 100 different third-party payment providers to allow you to continue accepting credit cards if you're not using Shopify Payments. For a complete list of these providers, you can check our Third-Party Payment Providers documentation as it touches on this further.  

As you've indicated that you're located in Pakistan, you can refer to this list for all the third-party payment providers available in your country and/or region. The payment provider, Payoneer Checkout is currently available to be integrated into your shop. 

Alternatively, are you looking to use Payoneer Checkout to pay for your Shopify Bill?

So basically you are saying that Pakistan's residents can integrate Payoneer with shopify and can receive payments from worldwide like Paypal Stripe etc...right??
